Built or needs building?

I can leave one built other is untouched. (bar the tube... need it for my jonboy tank) but ill throw in a sheet of 400 mesh and 1 metre of 32 kanthal and 1 metre of 36 gauge.

my scuvagen3 has been running over a week now, got lots of build-up on coil, its wicking great!, decided to clean off all that gunk on coil and mesh, didnt want to take apart to do it, so , the ohms are 2.0.
So i put it on my 5v box mod and hit the button till the coils burner off all that build-up of, build-up gone, sorta dry burned it but not much.got it a little red.
Put it back on riva batt, at 4.1 volts, and ,,,,,,BAHM!! plumes of Vapor,, alot better now. was useing nutty caramel very dark..

When I get build up, I runn it under the faucet with HOT HOT water. It cleans it very nicely and returns it to a vaping maching. Just do it when the tank is almost empty.

I use hot water and also a toothbrush. Dry burning gets the coil back, but leaves hunk in the pores of the mesh which degrades wicking.

Here is my genesis I finally got it after so many failures, but it turned out pretty nice I think. no wires other that the kanthal no solder joints. tell me what you think.

Nice cabg, how do you fill it? I get the insert for the power, but am not so clear on how it all goes together. And is it about 12mm OD?

I fill through the same hole the the wick goes in, just pull it from the base. the OD is 18mm. I may try a samller one but i'm definitley going to to have to get small taps 4-40.

Hey that looks slick, very nicely done.

LOL, try 2-56, now that is small. I used 4-40 and 2-56 in the DSU5. I got the old girl all wired and firing away. Working on the video right now for it.
