LOL. They make colored but it is all (even clear) high-dollar in sheets. I've priced it for a chair mat thingy for my office chair in deep pile carpet. Could never find anything 4'X4' less than 250 beans!

the tube cracked during cutting, lol. That's why I use the precision mitre saw for it...gets very close to perfec, then I use a light sanding pad on the dremel to square it up as close as I can.

To keep the tube durable I flame polish the acrylic it leaves the whole tank crystal clear and eliminates any area for stress cracks to appear as a result of the cutting/sanding process because everything is glass smooth.

I have no problems after they tanks are made, just that using the pipe cutter generates too much stress in the wrong direction (I can see it is cracking in the same direction as the extrusion....i may just be too impatient and tightening the cutter wheel too much between passes as well. I'll take pics of a few finished ones later so you can see the effects of flame polish vs sanding if you want

What you say is the exact problem I was having, no more problem now that I polish the ends. Haven't tried flame polishing. Gotta give it a go.
And I do use a miter and saw made for cutting fret board slots. very precise.

Almost the same... Mine crack during cutting if I use a pipe cutter, never had one crack on the mod except when I get a little rough taking them apart to clean

Now I use the pipe cutter to make a pass or 2 just to mark the line then off to the miter then a quick sand and flame polish.

Flame polishing takes a bit of practice, but it's not that bad. You just have to remember not to keep the heat in one spot too long or the piece is ruined.

Well described and easy to follow. Maybe "The reason is it is easier to solder the positive wire to the connector. The CE2 has a long tube that sticks out. Since we do not need it that long we are going to cut some off, but use it later." Just so no one throws it away or mangles it. Probably not a needed change as I doubt anyone would have at it without reading through the whole tut first- but ya never know.

Dan it looks good, the only thing that jumped out at me was that the o-rings were already on in the first photo, which is not what it will look like outta the box...

cant wait to have ma scubagen. ive been going through 510 LR atties left and right. I told myself I wasn't gonna spend a lot of money on vaping stuff this week, FAIL.

My chain vaping has gone past dripping. Been going almost 4 months strong and already I need to move up in my addiction. What's next??
