SD Carrying Case?

I just ordered my first screwdriver!! EEEE!

can't wait to get it in! Its black and it will be awesome.

now, as a woman, I have a purse and will probably be carrying my new little buddy in my purse. This made me think...does anyone use a carrying case for their SD? If so, what does it look like?

I don't have one for my purse yet but, I just made one for travel. (long road trip coming up) It holds both SD's 4 extra atty's, 2 bottles of liquid, 2 spare battery's. I should have gotten a bit bigger box to hold bigger liquid bottles, and a charger.I'll have to throw the charger in my luggage. I'll be using one of the SD's so I guess I could stick more liquid in.

I used a Pelican 1060 case with what the call 'pick and pluck' foam. It's foam that is scored in tiny little squares that you can pull out to fit just about whatever you want. It's pretty neat! Here is a link to the place I bought it. The foam is listed at the bottom of the page.

I used a Pelican 1060 case with what the call 'pick and pluck' foam. It's foam that is scored in tiny little squares that you can pull out to fit just about whatever you want. It's pretty neat! Here is a link to the place I bought it. The foam is listed at the bottom of the page.

I'd been spoiled prior to getting the SD. Carried all I needed, PV's spare batts/attys and juice in a darts case that fit in my shirt pocket. Now I'm lookin for something similar to support the SD. Course whatever I come up with won't need to accomodate the spare batts!

I use the Pelican 1060 when all of my family's vapors are going to the same place. The thing is awesome. I found that if you cut the foam so that it is thinner, you can fit the charger underneath the foam and still be able to close it.

I have the Pelican 1010 that I use when it's just going to be me and I love them both!

I bought camera case at wal-mart for $6 semi rigid & has a little pocket inside. Big enough to shove all my extras inside as well. Can't fit it in my pocket but it's handy. I use a GG Nano which might be smaller than screwdriver but look at camera case, dart case, hobby stores....you never know what you'll find that will work perfectly

I also keep filled cartridges & small bottles seperate from my gear in tiny ziplock bags--the kind for storing beads & jewelry. I keep these things in an old flat zipping wallet to prevent any tragedies in my purse (Target has some neat small wallets)
