There used to be a juice from a company called Tallyho that was a frosted cheerios and milk flavor. They went out of business I think long before all the latest morass. I've been searching for a recipe for this and not really coming up with much. It was a tasty combo, the oat cereal flavor sweetened and with a milky tone. I can make the milky tone pretty ok but not sure what is available flavoring-wise for the oat o's. Anyone got any ideas?

I wouldn't use acetyl pyrazine for a cereal mix. It will give your mix a nutty, bready, yeasty taste. If you use it, go low. Too much will give your mix a frito corn chip taste.

If you want a nut flavor for your cereal there are better options.

FA Breakfast Cereal likely has some AP in it.

I thought that tasted like corn chips?
It kinda does if you use too much. At lower percentage it adds a nutty quality to certain other flavors. I used it in one of my cheesecake recipes to sort of enhance the Graham cracker. It was a nice touch. But go lightly for sure. Unless of course you're making a chili cheese fritos pie juice. But after I typed that, the thought grossed me out a bit

IMO, at lower percentages, AP gives a good bready bakery note.
It does. But there are better options if looking for a bread like base for a mix.

WF Bread (Butter Toast)
WF Sweet Bread
FLV Lembas Bread

There are some others. Those are the ones I like.

Yeah. I guess I was going for Honey Nut Cheerios. lol.

What I'm shooting for is a plain frosted cheerios. No fruits or nothing fancy. And I'll be trying to make this from my memory of what the original juice tasted like. I'm confident I can do this once I nail down the oat o's flavor. Sending off my order today.
