Sorry if it's been posted/answered before (don't have enough time to go thru the entire section right now), but I have a question.

Is there any evidence/speculation that "second hand" vapor can make others around you sick, more specifically other non-smokers? My girlfriend has been sick for about 1.5 months now, and that seems to parallel my real start into vaping. I'm hoping it's just me being paranoid, but seeing as she's pregnant, I don't have any other choice but to be paranoid.

Well if i was you i wouldn't vape around her. I have a 7 month old and when he is hanging out with me i go in the other room just in case, but i dont know if there is any evidence/speculation that it can hurt someone. Well wait i did see a youtube video from a guy showing his ecig and said that when he was in a car vaping that one of his friends was choking and throat was feeling like it was closing so he said he must have been allergic to the PG or something. So just my 2 cents :)

I know for a fact she's not allergic to the PG, she's an asthmatic, so her breathing treatments and inhalers are PG based (I also thought it may HELP her asthma just a tiny bit because of this fact as well). I'm kinda starting to wonder if all the nicotine in smoke juice is in fact absorbed by the vaper, or if any is actually escaping out into the air. Gonna have to go back to "smoking" outside again, I'm simply not willing to take the chance.

Oh crap edit: I use VG, not PG...could this be it I wonder?

Do you think that if there was something harmful that it would effect ONLY your girlfriend out of the thousands who vape? I think you "called it" with the "paranoid" comment. Also think about all the changes that are occuring to her body. Being pregnant is more dangerous than vaping - I have a Labor and Delivery RN in the family and know first hand.
