Sorry for my bad english, i'm french

I have a sedansa cigarette, but it's out of order and sedansa give not anwer to me to change it.

it's a .... sedansa!

On e-cig website you take a order from the same cig but the price is correct 30$.

Do not want a sedansa it's a error ! a bad cig after 3 day it cannot work corrctly nothing smoke get out for the cig.

Hi Eric,

Sorry you are having trouble with Sedansa - I am pretty surprised since my orders and inquiries have been dealt with very quickly.

It definitely is not the same product as e-cig; the Sedansa is far higher quality and the smoke is much better. I think you may have been unlucky and got a defective one. Just remember that this is new technology and like all technology there may be bugs.

Sure thing, buy a €30 e-cig -it isn't a bad product for the money, but don't expect it to last or to get any support from the seller.

All the best,
SJ

Hi Smokey Joe:

I read (and enjoyed) all of your posts before deciding which brand and type of e-cig I was going to buy. I appreciate your taking the time to share your experiences and knowledge.

I have ordered from three different providers:

From Sedansa: The Sedansa Cigarette SC101_V2
From e-Bay: Ruyan mini e-cigarette
From e-cig.com: (1) Mini e-cig and (2) pipe (I am a female!)

The Sedansa has good reviews for good, bellowing "smoke." The people from e-cig.com said the new mini e-cig has more "smoke" than the regular e-cig and that the pipe has the most "smoke." I've read that both the Sedansa and the mini e-cig are genuine Ruyans.

I have not received any of my products yet; however, when I do, I'd be happy to share my experiences with you and everyone else in this forum, if anyone is interested. My plan is to make e-smoking my primary source of cigarette-smoking and to smoke real cigs on occasion -- I hope.

At your convenience, could you please give me an update as to how you are doing with your e-smoking, what your opinion is today with regard to Sedansa or any other new devices you have tried and tested?

Thank you for your time.

Also, if anyone who is reading this would like to share their experiences with any type of e-smoking, especially any of the brands I purchased (above), please feel free to write. I'd appreciate your feedback and am interested in finding out how much you do or do not enjoy e-smoking. Thank you!!

Hi Marian!

Wow, you are really going for it with the e-cigs - you'll be the biggest expert out there before you know it!

There's not a huge amount to report at my end - I have just bought an NJOY cigarette, and I will be sure to review that as soon as it arrives. My e-cigarettes are both working fine and I have just washed my e-cig, let it dry a couple of days and it is now smoking better than it was.

There is a small but annoying compatability issue with the cartridges - The e-cig ones work fine in the Sedansa, but the Sedansa ones don't in the e-cig! I think they are too short to reach the atomizer.

Irritating huh? Also, I find the Sedansa cartridges produce much more smoke than the e-cig ones, I guess the solution is differently mixed.

I'm glad you're getting an e-pipe - I always thought women smoking pipes looked pretty awesome! Do you plan to smoke it in public?

Hi Smokey Joe:

Thank you for updating me/us with your e-smoking experience/adventures. I learn a lot from your posts since you give good tips, such as cleaning. Do you wash the atomizer itself? I wonder if a hairdryer would speed up the drying process. Does the Sedansa have a reset button on the side like the NJoy cig does?

After I wrote my first post, I went online to do more "research" and found an electronic cigarette manufacturer about 45 miles/minutes away from my city in California, USA. And guess what! It is NJoy. They are headquartered in Arizona, USA, and have a distributorship in Irvine, CA. So I just purchased yet another e-cig.

As for smoking my pipe in public, I don't know yet. I am a girly kind of girl, and I don't want to look too ridiculous; however, if it smokes nicely, I just may!

Have you tried the new mini e-cig yet? If not, I'll let you know how it compares. I hear that has the best "smoke" or punch. And how much have you cut down on regular cigs, if at all?

Hi Marian,
WOW... As SJ said your soon going to be our resident e-smoking expert. With the addition of the NJOY your up to five different e-smoking products! I hope you'll keep us all up to date on your experinces with them. I only have the Sedansa e-cigarette which I've been using for almost three weeks now and I love it. I was amazed how effectively its squashed my urge to light up a traditional cigarette. Unless you already have one you may want to go out to your local electronics store and purchase a europian to north american plug adapter for your Sedansa. They aren't shipped with one and without it you'll have a hard time plugging it in (unless you have a big hammer).

Regards,
Mark

Hi Mark:

Ha! Yes, indeed; I have posted in this forum 5 types of e-ciggies that are on order. Truth be told, I have even purchased more than that. All on order. I am obsessive when it comes to my research, as you can probably imagine. Nothing but the best for me when it comes to my smoking addiction.

Thank you so much for sharing with me your experience with Sedansa. I really look forward to trying that one. And I now am going to go to my nearest Radio Shack and by the Euro AC converter. Thanks so much for that tip, Mark. However, perhaps the adapter will be included in one or more of my other orders. . .

Also, have you found that you have cut down on regular cigs? I smoke anywhere from 1 to 2 packs per day (light cigs - Carltons) and want to cut way back. I did try a cheapy version of e-cig that I purchased from eBay before I invested in the reputable/named products that are currently on order. The eBay cheapy worked for 1 day; however, I really felt the "punch" and the smoke-experience satisfaction while the cheapy lasted. I returned the cheapy, and the eBay seller is replacing it for me. So add that one to my collection of 10 - yes, I have purchased 10 -- out of which there are 8 different types.

>> Hi Marian, It will be interesting to read your opinion on how you think they all stack up to each other. Since the original
>> Ruyan came out a lot of imitators have brought similar products to the market. Some good... some not so much.

Hi Mark:

Wow, have you cut down. You've almost quit. You must be very happy with your e-cig. No more smelly hair, breath and clothes. No more smokey house and office. No more wasted time taking smoke breaks outside. No more cig stigma. No more expensive habit!! Congratulations. Are you using nicotine cartridges and liquid? Have you tried the quit-smoking liquid?

Okay. I found the Euro-to-USA adapter for chargers. Very cheap. And I bought a couple of them online from a city not too far from me. I should be receiving it in a few days. Again, thank you for the tip.

Yes, I am going to be busy trying out all of my "toys." I'm sure I'll have a favorite or two based on my preferences, and, yes, I'd be happy to share my opinions of each.

My e-cig orders should be trickling in starting this week. The first one will be the NJoy e-cigarette that I ordered a couple of hours ago. The service with them has been wonderful. I placed a rather large order with NJoy and also spoke with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Very nice man. He has offered me 50% off on my next order. Wow!!!

In fact, every one of the salespersons from each of the companies I've purchased from have given me exceptional service. Now all I have to do is test the products once they arrive and render my "expert" opinions and conclusions.

Hi Marian,
After 20+ years of smoking and several failed attempts to quit I think that e-smoking might just be my ticket to get off tobacco for good. I've really been surprised at how easily I've transitioned over to e-smoking. I'm glad to hear you've got yourself set-up with a plug adapter. I remember how frustrated I was whe I discovered I couldn't use my new Sedansa without running out to pick one up.
I'm not currently using e-liquid but it's funny you should ask as I have some on order which should arrive by the end of the week. I currently just have the regular tobacco flavour cartridges, which taste ok but aren't great. I've ordered several different flavors and an injector to refill the cartridges. I'm looking forward to trying them out.
Hopefully you'll get your NJOY soon. I'll be interested in hearing your "expert" opinion.

Regards,
Mark

I received my Sedansa two days ago, and while I don't yet feel qualified to give it a review I can safely say the following:

1) Turkish Blend is vile, its uncomfortably hard and causes me to cough.
2) Cherry is rather nice: Tastes almost exactly like sheesha cherry (albeit the lower quality brands, and the taste is less powerful).
3) Battery life is good, smoke volume is good; especially once I learned how to operate the device. Really can't smoke these like a cigarette :(

I'm really really missing that first-cigarette-of-the-day nicotine "hit" though. Is that something I'll only get with the Strong variety of cartridges? I'm thinking about ordering the 24mg e-cig cartridges if I'm not satisfied with Strong ones either. This was the main reason I even considered e-cigarettes as a replacement. I smoke maybe 5-8 cigarettes in a day, but the only one I really can't do without is the very first one.

TOTALLY UNDERSTAND! I wake up each morning, pop open my eyes -- and realize I can't smoke. It's sometimes so depressing that I don't even want to get up. I have little problem with smoking urges during the day. I miss a cigarette after supper, though. But morning is the killer. I usually went through three in rapid succession, to get my blood nicotine level up.

Now, I pop in the most powerful Swedisn snus I use (Wise 6mg tasteless portion) as I grab a coffee and begin sucking on my e-cigar. I vape nothing but the extra-high liquid. Get no nic hit, either. I just slowly stabilize. Today is Day 259 since my last cigarette.

First of all, sorry for my English. I´m from Spain and yesterday while surfing Dealextreme to find some unuseful stuff to waste my money in I bumped into a thing called "e-cigarette". After a few hours of google research I found this great forum which is the most comprehensive source of information I've found so far ;)

So after compulsive reading, I´ve decided to get a Sedansa cigarette V2 as I´ve read here complains about sellers with cheap stuff and no cartridges to offer. I choose this instead of Njoy simply because it´s in Europe and i'm pretty sure it won't get stuck forever and ever at customs. It wouldn't be the first time for me.

Just two questions about Sedansa:
Can it be refillable with generic e-liquid? (I think i saw the confirmation in a post here but i'm no t completely sure i understood it  )
Is it automatic or does it need to push a button?

Thanks for this great site. As soon as i get it i'll share my opinion.

.... you Philip Morris!!!
