It would be funny if someone who doesn't own a Screwdriver went on the Screwdriver review threads and posted about you not being able to provide aftersales service for your product. I guess by your own reasoning, anyone who thinks you can or will is living in La la land?

if i said i would do it for five years at vast cost to myself they certainly would be in La La land if they believed it.. going broke dont help with long term service..

i aint even sure the world as we know it will exist in a months time.. La La land folks are still happy thow.. which is the vast majority of the people.. La La land is a nice place to live kate..

a far better place than the nasty possibly about to collapse around its own ears world i live in..

if the pound continues its downward slide there wont be any screwdrivers.. we are in a fingers crossed world.. any promises i make are totally dependent on me being in a position to keep them.. but this applies to anybody..

i rarely make promising i aint sure i can keep kate.. which not being blessed with La La land blissful ignorance means i should not be making any long term promises at all....

we all carry on as if nothing bad is going to happen.. but the possibility of something bad about to happen is very very high.. at least in my world it is..

of course it all depends on what level we are taking kate.. if the sh-t really does hit the fan product guarantees will be the last thing on our minds..

i will do my best circumstances allowing.. thats about all i can say.. if that aint good enough for folks.. well so be it.. they dont have to by anything from me..

quite where u are trying to take this one kate i dont know.. do u..??

Hi Smokin':

If your light is cutting out during inhalation, definitely you have some bad batteries. But if you plugged your batteries into the wrong charger, that can sometimes make your batteries weaker, for lack of a better term.

You need only write them an e-mail for a replacement. You'll get it. I always do.

Good Luck!

Hi marian, thanks for the tip, The both batteries seem pretty poor and the light keeps cutting out, so I will give them another full charge and a last chance before I send for replacements.

The atomizer is getting quite a good performer, I have read on the forums that some atomizers need a little time to come up to scratch, this is the first time I have experienced that . I think I may have been a bit hasty with some atomizers I have had in the past, but we wont talk about that lol.

I will not be asking for a refund, I will be get replacements as an when needed . I shall put the sedansa warranty to the test lol. I will keep the forum posted with the results good or bad.

So your product ... how is it better than a Sedansa? Will it last longer? How does it work out more cost effective?

If I supply atomisers, eliquid and an occasional battery then it's going to last me longer than anything else ... what can I say ... you've done it Trog, I'm speechless!

Just a quick update. I don’t feel the need to wait a month to tell you.

I would just like to say the sedansa batteries for the nano I are complete rubbish , well the two I got are. The generic batteries for the 901 are far better.

How is it going so far Gnu? Has battery performance improved and what about the atomiser, how does it compare with a 901?

It might be ok now Leaford, Mr happy bunny La la land has buggered off ... for now. He'll probably put in an appearance again once he reads this but sure, what can he say that he hasn't already said a million times before? The competition is ****e, anyone buying from them is deluded, his product is the bees knees ... blah, blah.

Do you have a Nano? If so which version and is it any good?

he he he.. they should do.. without a cart lock in they will soon go the same way..

at first they will send out the new bits.. they will use deterrent methods.. slow turn arounds and all sorts of tricks.. u will no doubt get your investment back ..

but anyone who thinks these guys are in business to dole out free parts for five years really is in La La land.. sadly all too many forum members do seem to be there.. or at least they have one foot in in both worlds..

..

Heheh. replacement parts are the only time the manufacturers suddenly seem to have email and phone problems.

Any updates for us please Gnu?

Hi Kate, yes the atomizer is still going strong , and is now my best performing 901, the batteries are quite bad though, the generics are much better. And sedansa don’t want to answer any of my e mails, but that said they have replaced the batteries, only after I have returned the old ones. I find sedansa’s customer service when it comes to communications annoying and quite poor.
