Now that's a good idea. How about pyrex glass. Would also be nice if you could just unscrew an end and take out the insides and clean, repair, or replace them.

agreed, my 801 atty is glued in so I can't take it out but it would be cool to have an ALL clear body and the guts removable for cleaning.

I have all the materials and have been planning to make a 4.8 volt USB powered 'MOD' by assembling the parts then using a mold and clear cast to encase it. As much instructional as anything since the intent is to show how everything is connected inside. The problem is finding something appropriate to use as a mold (I have a couple of things in mind, still thinking on it), and some minor issues on mounting the switch and adapter without fouling them with the clear cast epoxy.

A transparent atomizer housing, cart, and mouthpiece would be sweet, but would take a lot more time. I bet someone pulls it off though.

What kind of PV do you have that has a "glued in" atty. I've never heard of anything like that?
The atty components are glued into the outer tube to lock them into position and can be very difficult to take apart.

When I disassembled a bad BE112 atty it took so much heat that it caught fire before I could pull it apart... I salvaged the outer tube though which is what I was after.

I had an old Gamucci Elite disposable laying in the draw, and thought I'de dissect it. It had a 10440 Lithium ion rechargeable battery, a monster atty and equally huge cartridge.

So I put it all together in this little Nico mod (I used a 14500 batt) and vaped on it all day without a charge or a refill. The cartrige holds about 2ml of juice.

The paint came off in the clean up process and revealed a clear plastic tube (Must be some kind of poly carb). Very cool to watch the juice steam up and bubble in the atty. :D
