Well, here is the test with the Duran tube at 12v with flattened 30ga nichrome coil. It got so hot that the clips holding it had to cool down to remove it. On to the bottle problems.

EDIT: I should note that the fluid I was using was mostly water with about 1ml of PG...so normal juice would have been fogging big time. I used water to produce more of a thermal shock to the tube.

By the way if anyone knows where to get nichrome flat ribbon wire please let me know...it is a pita hammering round wire flat. I think the increased surface area it applies to the wick works really well.

Yeah...what I made was .030"x.003". I guess that small probably wont happen. I'll have to make a roller to keep doing my own.

I might get some anyway...take like a short length and make it like a u- shape and sandwich the silica in between. Thanks for the link. I did have a bunch of places bookmarked but I accidentally deleted 10 years worth of bookmarks when I was messing with my Firefox profile last week...ya know I always gotta be f-ing with something.

Takasago Electric. The USA distributor emailed me last week. I'll give him a call tomorrow and see what info I can find out on this.

OK guys...work this one out. Have like a stiff silica felt wick that stays in the bottle and snaps in to the atty with a quick release type fitting like on water lines. Just plug in any flavor you want and vape.

I'm with Charged...maybe I better step away from this stuff for a while.....

Yeah, that's the question, and price in small quantities. Lot's of possibilities with their products. Did you guys check their videos? And this pump is only 20mm (video says 10mm?) and would likely cap onto a bottle...link. This page has some application data on that pump.

Yeah Kauai, looking at that page...I dont think they will work for e-liquid. It goes through a porous material and by the looks of the recommended liquid it would clog it in no time or not pump at all.
We need someone to invent a purer thinner based e-liquid with a no colorings added.
