Greeting everyone!

I have one question, though its quite loaded, and I want to provide some background for context.

First, the question: I'm looking for a personal vaporizer of the highest quality. This includes the battery system, atomizer, tank system, and whatever else this may entail. Price is no object (within reason!). When I say this I mean, I will pay for quality.

Now, the background: I recently started vaping and made my way up the ropes: Blu (horrible), Green Cigarettes (very good) and landed on the MYSTART eGo..900, with GS H2 bottom coil clearomizer, as well as a burgeoning collection of e-liquids.

Let me say, this setup works very well, and I have no complaints. But then again, I've never had anything nicer to compare it to. This is where you guys come in.

I'm a fairly savvy guy, and am fully capable of researching for the latest gadget or product and I have a discerning eye. But, this e-cig business is entirely a thing unto itself! I am baffled and overwhelmed as to where to start. I've read tons of reviews on numerous products, and I simply don't know where to begin, or which path to take. So, to restate the question as fully as I can:

  • I'm looking for a quality vaporizer system, that will hold up over time, is easy to use, is reliable, has a relatively inexpensive upkeep system (replacing coils, wicks, etc) and, of course, produces superior vape. I am willing to pay a premium for quality!

Or, perhaps I should rephrase this question:

  • If you had the money and resources, what system would YOU purchase?

Thanks a million guys. I look forward to becoming a part of this community!

I am sure some of the Order of the Provari will be here soon to help educate you shortly. If I had unlimited resources That is what I would buy...as far as a tank or topper...I would suggest trying a protank, an Iclear30s or vivi nova and a IBTanked carto system along with a rebuildable dripper to find what you like best. Welcome to ECF

Hi and welcome. The Provari is the best PV available but some other lower priced Mods are gaining ground. Problem is we buy one Mod and then begin eyeballing other newer Mods with extra bells and whistles. I look at it this way. I originally bought a top of the line PV...within 6 months it was outdated. I've now come to the conclusion to shop savvy and buy whatever not only gets rave reviews but, more importantly, passes the test of time and is reasonably priced. As far as juice delivery systems (holds and vaporizes the juices) my Gawd there are sooo many of them and you'll find each and every one has it's LOVERS and HATERS.

For a great Vape, reliable equipment and relative ease of operation...not considering money...A ProVari or a SvoeMesto Semovar for the battery and maybe a Kayfun Lite or Russian 91 for the topper. You do have to build these coils but watch a few videos on micro coils and cotton in a Kayfun or a Russian. It's actually a simple build and performance is off the charts.

It depends if your looking for a mechanical or regulated experience. Keep in mind a regulated mod means it has circuitry to fail. Mechanical mods require a bit more work, but if you don't mind having a bit of a hobbie may be what your looking for. You already got the regulated covered with Provari recommendations, I'll go the mechanical route with Just GG and Ithaka. There's a GG forum and Wiki to answer all yur questions and plenty if vids on YT for demonstration purposes. Seems hard to use at first, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy really, not to mention a great vape. Just GG and Ithaka are available now, if your interested don't wait to long, GG stuff is often often out of stock. The GG Devices

Svoemesto semovar with kayfun's and russians. Plus, cartotanks and RDAs..

This is right on the money the semovar will give you much more than the provari in terms of regulated vv device and it will let you soon also the best experience add it could be used as a mech mod.. The best of both worlds...
Toppers I found that dripping is the best way to vape so rdas are a must.

Note if you don't care about vv or vw get a REO

Hand-engraved Otto Carter mechanical mod - $3000.

;)

Seriously now. You can get a great vv/vw battery with an Ohm meter and dual 510/eGo connection for under $100--I recommend an Innokin iTaste MVP V2 (box shaped) or iTaste VV V3--(tube shape, similar to eGos is size).

If you want to pay more than $100, the ProVari is still the most reliable and uncomplicated APV on the market. A true work horse.

Toppers? I like and use many different ones--the Kanger BCC line is solid, most carto tanks are good and some people prefer them to clearomizers, some top coils are also very good, like iTaste 16 and 30 (dual coil) and ViVi Novas.

If you want a regulated tube, the Provari is hard to beat. While there are a few things out there as nice that use 18mm diameter batteries in a tube-shape, I know of none that are as easy to order and get your hands on.
ProVape E-Cigarettes: Buy Electronic Cigarettes & Smokeless Cigs

If you want something that uses LiPoly batteries, can drive 20 watt atties, and has built in charging abilities...
Have a look at the Opus (Wood/Brass) or Opus D (Aluminum). (There are not as easy to get your hands on...expect a wait of some sort to get one).
http://www.nhaler.com
While at Nhaler take a look at the Curve (mechanical), and their interesting array of 'larger battery mods'.

If you want a classic bottom feeder that's built like a tank and comes in a good assortment of sizes, aluminum or wood...see:
reosmods.com (You can get them with VV (bucking method) there, drop in a Kick button for VW (PWM boosted), or use it bare).

The Buzz Pro is a solid workhorse, and they also offer an interesting juice fed PV:
www.notcigs.com

There is a large array of nicer Mechanical Mods out there.
https://www.supertmanufacturing.com/ (Just one example)

There are also a number of wood-centric builds avilable (beautiful wood boxes).

If you like something that does not have regulation built into it, I personally would recommend a Kick 2 until you learn more about using an unregulated mod (battery choice/care/maintenance). A Kick 2 button gives you Variable Wattage abilities (Similar to an Opus D, but not quite as powerful) and a slew of safety features that you don't get with a straight unregulated PV.
Evolv Kick 2

I really enjoy these Hand buit one of a kind Saber Touch Mods for its look and the touch sensor button. I also really really like the unique pass-through options Sir_Lawrence builds for these. I'm no cloud chaser, but I feel much safer doing the occasional sub-ohm multi-coiled atty on a pass-through than I do with small batteries.
