Seems like too much work . . .

The amount of kit I like to carry around with me is 3 batteries, 2 atomizers, a small bottle of e-liquid (I'd prefer to carry a smaller bottle just to not carry an unnecessarily large stash of e-liquid, but even a "big" bottle is only 15mL, which isn't huge).

Theoretically, if you used a DSE-901 or one of it's variants, you could fit most of this inside a pack of cigarettes. So far I've lost one DSE-901 (atomizer and battery, just was stupid and lost it somewhere) and killed a RN4072 battery by throwing it in the washer with my clothes, so I strongly recommend some form of carrying case.

I'm doing heavy research and waiting for some checks to come through before I delve into the world of e-smoking, and I really don't mind carrying around a few batteries, atomizers, and liquid, but I was wondering if there exists a proprietary case for these things. Some of the replies imply makeshift cases, purses, and the like and I know most manufacturers have cases that will carry essentially a starter kit, but are there any more realistic cases available? Perhaps something that houses 3 batteries, 2 atomizers and 5 carts and perhaps a 15mL bottle w/ or w/o syringe? It seems like this would be a more appropriate stash if you don't want to be stuck at work or out wherever with no means of vaping due to a broken atomizer, dead batteries or no juice.

Makeshift cases are fine I'm sure, likely far less expensive, but I like everything to be in surgical order sometimes and it would also help me to never forget to pack some things.

Ignore the site, but this is the biggest i have seen.

I think its a generic pouch, that they took pics of with E-cigs in.

Except the standard hard cases that look like cigarette cases, that hold the basic parts, there is no other ready made ones that i know of.
Right now the best home made are from USB memory cases, Manicure cases, memory card cases, Zippered wallets, Eyeglass cases, Regular leather cigarette cases, and even old leather Ammo pouches.

*oh, i would have to look, but i think there are small Tool pouches like the one in the link, think i saw one at Home depot

I have a small metal mint (altoids) box I carry extra carts to work in. If you get a sample pack they come in tiny little dropper bottles perfect for carrying in the case or pocket.
I also carry an extra battery in my pocket making sure theres nothing metal in there to short it out. It's really kind of fun, like a new toy. Get a sample pack from Johnsoncreek
and try out all the cool flavors they have. I must have sat here for three hours sampling and mixing new flavors. :)
