Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) cites CDC anti-cigar propaganda to once again urge FDA to issue deeming regulation and to ban flavored cigars (which can only occur if/when FDA proposes/approves deeming regulation that would also regulate and devestate e-cigarettes).
