Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone could shed a little light on this.
I placed an order with Electronicstix on 31 December 2011. Order was processed at lightning speed and package was sent out the very next day! Yeah, even on New Year's Day (How wonderful can the guys at Electronicstix get?!?!).
Problem is, I have yet to get my package till today (despite the fact that I had paid for Priority International, costing me almost USD$30). I tried to track the item with the tracking number provided and all I got was the below results.
I tried to e-mail Electronicstix for help but was told that it is already in my country and I am supposed to check with my local post. See reply:
" It has left our country and has been at your international service center. you need to contact them as i cannot. they are in your country not mine. If you check out shipping terms and conditions once they leave our country we are not responsible for the items.But below is the tracking info i have found."
Apparently, the last 2 boxes had no location indicated in Electronicstix's reply but acording to the tracking I had, it was indicated that it is still in LA. So I made a check with my local post and was told that no such package has reached my country. So now I'm stuck. Where is my stuff?? I tried to get into USPS's website to e-mail them but was unable to. Clicking on the drop down box to e-mail them didn't work. Site bug? I don't know.
Problem is, based on the tracking results below, is my package in ISC Los Angeles CA still? or is it already in my country or just plain missing?? Would appreciate some kind soul who has met with the same situation enlighten me a little.
