Can you please respond to my exchange request for failed vmax on ticket 9P5-WEZ-4P7J. You have already received the item back 3 days ago but no replacement has been sent. All the information and tracking is on file with the ticket. Thank You.

Since you must send me back the replacement Vmax please add items in order 113055 to the shipment. Please combine with replacement order 101533 under ticket 9P5-WEZ-4P7J. You have to send the the replacement vmax under warranty so it will not cost you any more to include these additional items. If this is possible please send me paypal request for payment minus shipping fee. That amount should be $46.92. Otherwise I cannot afford to buy from you with only EMS shipping as option. Thank You.
