service ticket

I submitted a service ticket on 2/1/2011. I understand about the storm but how long does it normally take to hear back from anyone? I received an e-mail on the 1st saying that the ticket had been opened and that's the last I've heard. What concerns me is that in checking the ticket status is says "closed" I'm hoping that does not imply what I think it does, as I've yet to hear from anyone.
I am totally new to this and this is the first time I've had to deal with equipment not working.
I really need to get this issue resolved quickly, I was a 3 pack a day smoker for 20 + years (smoke free as of 1/4/11!) and the one shorty battery that i have is just not keeping up. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I guess I am just old fashion but I just call the number on the card lol, I know the Internet has a lot of hiccups and things get mixed up and it usually aggravates me. I find talking to the person directly is a lot easier lol. Well good luck to you, and if they do not get back to you, I believe the CS rep has a direct number floating around here, but like Kimmy said, due to the storm, nothing can be done, and everything will be backed up for a while.

They are out today because of the worst blizard they had in forever Mark said, I always get a person. One time I called and thanked them for the surprises I got, left my name and I think Steve called me back and said you are quite welcome. I usually do get someone tho.

Leave your full name and a phone number and I promise they will get back to you once shop opens up again.

I called and got a live person, and didn't even have to wait to long. I guess I was a little reluctant to call because of the storm, didn't want to be a pest. Now I know to just call.

Lol your post was not a complaint at all! Do not worry about it, cause I know how hard it can be to get through to anyone at all on a lot of sites, I would try to call Dave directly if you have the number for him, I am sorry I do not have it and I will try to look for it and edit this post for you.
