Thanks for all the encouragement. I am still looking for comments from folks with severe COPD. Just anything about what you have learned or experienced. PG vs VG for instance. PG is in our rescue inhalers and since VG makes more vapor, I'm guessing it leaves more coating in the lungs. Just a guess. Any input appreciated.

I also have COPD. Every day I knew my breathing was getting worse and worse. During one of our snow storms this year, I had to walk up our steep driveway through a couple of feet of snow. I had to stop several times to breathe. I couldn't even answer my husband who was speaking to me. Despite how bad my breathing was, I still couldn't quit. Like most of us, I had quit too many times to count and couldn't face the agony of quitting again. I don't know how I stumbled upon E-cigarettes. I didn't even know there was such a thing until February of this year. I still crave analogs, but my e-cig is keeping me away. My breathing is SO MUCH BETTER! The next thing I want to do is try an exercise program to build up my lung capacity. I avoided exercise because I couldn't breathe. Hig, you mentioned VG sticking to the lungs. I've thought about that too. When I first started vaping, it seemed it was harder for me to breathe with a juice that had lots of VG. It's better now, but I am curious about the VG. I love to read these success stories. Congrats to everyone.
