I have researchable the issue a bit closer and find that the nic in the juice is a bit unstable. If the shaking is overdone havoc could result. I'm thinking the focus of the first stage of this research grant should be on the velocity of the shaking instead of direction. Licking can be put off to later unless this first stage stage should show serious jeopardy to the health of the lickers. It seems that "yes" just doesn't answer the question.
Oh cripes. Wrist tapping and licking. No wonder my liquid never shakes properly...

I'm still waiting to find out how long to wait after shaking before using the liquid. Don't those molecules need to "settle down" for a while?
Grant request being prepared. It may take a day or two. We already have concerns expressed about questionable results upon random shacking. Just trying to make sure all bases are covered. Velocity sees to be the issue. See if ROFLMOA buys that. (Surely ROFLMOA is not a government grant awards person?)

New issue has arisen, proper wait time following shacking. Needs to go to committee before any final commitment on direction of research to be funded by the grant. May be a bit more time than a day or two.
More issues have arisen. Please tell ROFLMAO to be patient. We are trying not to jump into this thing without clear vision. He is probably safe in shaking gently. But no assure possible at this point. Just be cautious and don't overdo it - at least until more definitive information is available. Liking is probably OK. But even that should be done with caution. Rimp, when is the committee meeting?

No, no... when they're still shaking you get better TH so you can go down with nic concentration.
440426 - Results of the research will give us guidance. I think the tapping is more US oriented and liking more UK than US. But really not sure. Seems like I have read that PMs (personal machines) are available for the rollers. If true, that may need to be factored into the research. Also, liking may be one of those dying skills that research money should not be wasted upon. We need some input from the UK on the matter. I wish I had the answers. But, for certain, CountryGirl needs to be on the committee. If she hadn't brought it to our attention, we would never have known. We would just have been sheep saying "yes".

Well - that can be used by modders, too. You don't need to shake the bottle - just small vibrator attached to the e-cig would be enough to provide constant shaking.

UK vapers should use left hand to shake the bottle + thatąs obvious. Also they should sing or at least hum God save the Queen while shaking. You may also twist and shout of course. Violation of these rules will result in significant decrease of the TH.
