The business/mailing address is in her repairs / pre-order list on Google. I sent her my broken
mod for RMA long time ago but never got any constructive response, no useful update ever since. Few days ago she wiped out the entire RMA section in her list.
Just couldn't believe she hided behind her buddy like the guy above and continued making excuses.
Who cares about her Facebook page or Etsy has been up or down?
We only care about whether or not we're able to get what we paid for in good working order and in timely manner.
There are trolls in every public forum but upset customers are neither trolls nor haters. Haters are only in her and her friends' heads.
Coming out and providing immediate solutions to all unfulfilled orders and unresolved RMAs is the only thing she needs to do now.
It will be quite foolish for her to still think that people ought to please her to receive what they already paid months ago..
