Thanks! I know of others getting theirs as well. I truly think that Shan is trying hard to make things right so, hang in there.
It does seem to be the case. I've been in contact with her too.
This whole thing is just sucha huge shame. I know for a fact that her mods are all extremely extremely well built; reviews of them are superb. Shakes head.
In any case Salem, any chance you would be willing to post some pictures of the innards? I've seen a whole bunch of shanmods and they were real clean

I was just telling a friend that I will try and do that tomorrow. I literally just got a new computer late yesterday and I do not have it completely set up yet. The innards are very impressive indeed. I see this mod lasting many years to come.
It really is a shame. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Not everyone knows how to handle bad things when they do happen but, hopefully it was a learning experience. What counts most is that she is doing the right thing now IMO I am pretty impressed with that fact with all of the mud slinging that has been going on. Would have been very easy to just forget us all IF it were in her character.

So I told her that she can take her time to get to my mod (i think mine isn't fully assembled yet). If she gets to it and has only the cloupor chips left, then send me the chip less mod. I'll probably just stuff a dna40 in it. Tbh I'm not in a huge rush since I have a rDNA40 and a flask otw.

Me too! This is my first and I promise that it does meet my expectations. I will try and get the best possible pictures of the inside tomorrow for you guys. I mostly wanted an SX350 because of the ability to go below 7W which the DNAs do not have. I am not at all disappointed.
A victim I am - not a troll or hater. My hard earned money was taken by Shan. Waited 10 months but my RMA never get processed and sent back to me. This is the fact that neither Shan nor her supporters can deny despite what you said about Shan. Will be more than happy to shut up and step down once any of Shan's supporters here can legally justify her way of handling RMAs.

And I have another dead late 2013 DNA20 mod also made by Shan that has been laying in my drawer since March. It was only used as a spare/backup for less than 30 days. Reluctant to send this one in for RMA as I might not see it again. This is another fact to be aware of no matter how Shan's supporters here appreciate and praise her works and service.

Lol. Regardless of whether she is an awesome modder or not, I wouldn't send it in for RMA either. Fact is shes just not in a position to fulfil it at this point, and unlikely will be for a long long time if ever.
At this point, I don't think there's much anyone of us can do except to just suck it up.

this is the part of the scam where apparently oh,look,i got mine,see shan is trying to do good.
its all completely obvious now.
if she was trying to do right she would start with the oldest order and proceed from there.
i don't believe for one minute that if anyone got something it wasn't because they were

Yeah, you must be right. Certainly could not have anything to do with the fact that she has the boards to make the Virus mods and evidently not the DNA boards as she stated.
If it were the other way around and I was waiting for a DNA mod, I would be happy for the others that are getting their mods instead of attacking and name calling them. Guess that is just me though.

Just a quick follow-up on this thread. I've been waiting for my dna30 from Shan since the end of May 2014; yes, nearly 7 months, and no mod. It doesn't seem like I'm ever going to get it. That sucks, big time. I'm going to wait until Christmas, and if still no delivery, I think my next move is to file a Complaint with the RCMP. I know her residence is in Canada. Maybe the Mounties can do something, like a criminal prosecution. I'm sure stealing is a crime in Canada. Thanks for listening. I'm Vapin' in So Cal (CASAA Member). Not on a Shan Mod!
