Cannot stand them..Every song sounds the same, I dunno, just could never get into them and the more I tried, the more I became annoyed.

Plus, if you started buying ac-dc it would crowd out shelf space for your micheal bolton collection.
That's because 90% of everything new that comes out (spanning all genres) is BS with no heart. Most of it is all digital and made for 14 year olds to dance to. I try and keep up, but anything that I have hear, mainstream, sounds like dookie..Gotta check out the behind the scenes artists for anything worth a listen to.
I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't more than a little concerned.

I just listen to the best of the ac/dc songs... because they all DO sound the same, it's not worth listening to the rest. IMO

With few older exceptions, I'm the same way. That's what I love about shuffle on the ipod.
I sometimes listen to black keys radio on pandora. it plays a lot of the good bands today IMO, except the white stripes... not a fan.
