Sounds pretty sweet to me, I can't wait to get to work on mods. My tools (aka my brother's tools) all moved to Lincoln with him. So now I am saving up for some. I should be able to get a working woodshop going in the next couple of months and then I am going to try and sell mods. I have to get out of the job I am in, I don't hate it but it's a dead end.
