I can't wait for the next 4 weeks to get over so I can kinda have a life again.
I'm sick of 10-12-15 hour days, 6-7 days a week.
Not looking forward to Vegas again.
Sick of up at 4:30 am or earlier and crashing at 8:30 or 9:00.



Ok...now I feel a little better

When do you get to go back to Vegas?

I'm looking for anything, apps out all over, I'm either over qualified, or under qualified as I don't have that "BS" paper.

Looking for anything perferably day hours. I have even considered flipping burgers as at least it a consistant paycheck.

You opposed to physical labor? Not a jab...serious question.
I work with a number of people who are fine sitting at a computer but can't grasp the shiate it and get it mentality when they have to pitch in.
Again...no jab, just wanting to know what your comfortable with and what you would rather not do.

Don't know how you would feel about working in DD services, but I know for a fact there is 1 or 2 agencies in Omaha that are hiring. Decent money, benifits..the only drawback is that you may not get the hours that you want for awhile..

You hook it up with some labor job in my neck of the woods, I'm game! Could use some more PT work..just nothing here that doesn't involve being on a phone or in a restaurant..

Not opposed to physical labor, though for the most part I would be more partial to a controlled enviroment. Perfect job would be half sitting, half up and doing something physical. Again open to anything right now, if you have suggestions feel free to run them by me.

Hothing was said, I was being sarcastic. But yes there is history, when my wife is home I'm practically banned from the forum. Ho hum the joys of married life

What I do..Developmentally Disabled services. Working with people that have disabilities either vocationally or in a residence. You could probably keep at your current job while you do trainings and until you get a schedule set.

Yeah....I'm thinking that spells TROUBLE...oh hell....that sounds like FUN.
I know lots of off the strip, crazy little places.

Pitt, you're a saint, but unfortunately, I don't believe I myself have that kind of patience. Wife worked that for 6 years before she switched to working with the elderly, and I saw the toll it took on her. Thanks for the suggestions, but don't believe that field is for me

That's too bad..Yeah it is a rewarding career, but it does take it's toll on somebody pretty quickly at times. All depends on who you are working with. Well, if I can think of anything else around there, I'll shout out!

You just haven't been married long enough. After 25 years they don't care what you do as long as you don't want to touch...or talk...or talk about touching.
