Doing good today..still having sleep issues, so pretty tired. But, its a beautiful day out and the weekend is just around the corner!

I don't think I would call it insomnia. Typicaly, I sleep like a baby. This comes and goes..but, its mainly restlessness and waking up throughout the night even though I'm tired as crap. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, I'm miserable for about a week. My allergies are really bad right now, so I even take benadryl at night and that doesn't do much except make me pass out for an hour or two.

I've had that recently too - have no idea why I wake up every hour or so and manage to go right back to sleep. And yes, hayfever is upon us.
I sleep best in a cool room and my allergies appreciate it too. Lox thinks I'm a "crazy lady" cuz I keep the room pretty cool.

Same here..if that room isn't cold, I'm not sleeping in it! Luckily, the ol' lady is 'cool' with that, hehe. Heck, maybe it is tied to the increase of allergies or something.

Well they say that people sleep better in a cool room but also say that they sleep better if their feet are warm........my feet get too warm and I wake up.....and I have to be sicker than a dog to sleep with socks on.
I can't sleep without my feet being covered by the comforter..but not with socks. Socks are evil creatures during sleepy-time. I need the least amount of clothes to be comfortable, if any..

Don't take it personal. There are LOTS of people I picture naked. There ate LOTS of people I don't want to see naked.
