I'm stalling vacuuming ....the dog is "blowing" his coat....no regular shed this time round......Tuesday - 3 canisters from the vac - Wednesday 1 bag from brushing and 1 canister from the vac, today - so far, 1 bag from brushing and by the looks of the carpet another canister or 2 for the vac and he still has fur Lox said this morning when he came down he thought the dog was lying in front of the door....nope......a pile of fur balls was there

Hopefully it's done soon.....

The ignorance of these people kill me. Doing bank surveys all these people whine about the interest they are getting paid........its the government that sets that, not your bank! How I would love to scream that at each and every idiot

I hear ya kegs...people don't get it......I don't like the interest being paid either but you can't have low interest rates for mortgages, cars, etc. and not be eating that at the other end. At this rate money has a better chance of "growing" in the cushions of the sofa

The nor'easter missed me! We were on the edge of the system and the forecast for 2-4 inches of snow was wrong

They are waiting for the insurance company to do an assessment and then hopefully have everything cleaned/repaired/replaced..They are in good spirits though! You guys still holding up in your neck of the woods?

We're fine up here So, they have massive repairs for the house? Contents destroyed? Or they start from scratch? It's a sin what people are going through and NYC got hammered last night......I know NJ did have some snow but I'm not sure how much an impact it had on the shore area....

Not too sure. I think that is going to be determined by what the insurance company sees. My guess would be a rebuild, but that would probably depend on the foundation. From a few pics they saw, the contents don't look like they fared well. Yeah, the Northeast has and is just being trampled. Hope they end up with a mild winter and can just live their lives..
