I've got an electric smoker....had a big green egg for 20 years and would have loved to get another, but their real proud of those so I went electric.

.... has been on for just over 2 hours. I'm using the bradley electric smoker. Easy and simple to use. Got some cherry wood burning in it now.

Mow today and shovel snow tomorrow??? I hope not, but ya never know around here!

It's sweet. There are other ceramic ones out there now, but they are all pricey.

I'll take it! I trimmed the trees and did some minor edging the other day..but wont need to mow again, so I feel a loss there..

I like beer and apple cider vinegar for my smoking liquid....kills me to put beer in that pan though...lol...
