Awesome...I do butts and shoulders pretty often.
A lot of the time I cheat and do a crock pot/oven one...can't always smoke...
I use a lot of vinegar(love Carolina que)...and liquid smoke indoors when cheating...
But nothing can beat those burnt ends and bark candy...
