Well thats mighty neighborly of you Hawk and i appreciate the gesture. As for your dilemma Pitt, been there done that, I got stuck going to Sesame Street Live the night the Huskers played Arizona in the Holiday Bowl, and my phone was one of the few getting reception in the building, so I was very popular.

Hmm, I think I could handle Sesame Street (haven't seen it live in probably 20 some years..) but not over a bowl game, especially a Husker bowl game..Haha, at least you had the luxury of reception!
Okay..going to toot my own horn (not what you think Pitt...if I could actually "toot my own horn" I would probably never leave the house".
No...what I'm talking about is my homemade slurry...my very own diy.
This afternoon my tank went empty..went to fill it with "my" stuff, but instead pulled out a bottle of "pro juice" that i paid roughly $6 for 10ml.
Now..my stuff isn't ever going to win any awards or cause people to line up for a chance to buy some, but have to say that I'm no more impressed with this stuff as I am with my own.
To be fair, a vaping co-worker just thinks my stuff is meh (he is also a big Bluemist fan) but at the end of the day...I'm not making it for him, I'm making it for me and I'm pretty pleased just a few weeks into diy.
I'm sure there's a moral to the story thingy I should reference here..just can't come up with it. In fact all I can think about right now is "tooting my own horn". Is that wrong?

Ya know, I have had a few people try my mixes (mind you, with the exception of Jen, they are pretty new to this) and thought it was great stuff. Jen even likes most of the straight tobacco mixes, and she can't stand many of my vendor tobaccos. Now I have also made some that I believe would normally go in the garbage, but since I made them, they will be vaped somehow.
I'm glad that you are doing good with the DIY! Think of it this way too..if you are pleasing yourself (please refrain, as I well) with your mixes, think about what will happen down the road a bit with them..as you pick up some tricks of the trade! I keep trying to find some new info or "secrets" to some of it, but only have uncovered "public info" as of yet. Keep it up (please refrain, as I will) man!

I only grabbed 250ml for the moment. Jen and I were actually talking about that yesterday. I said if I would ever get word of a nic ban, I would take $5,000, at least, and buy up whatever I could find. I wouldn't mind a 50 gal drum of it, personally!

I check around about once a week for any sorta FDA or other type news regarding e-cigs and whatnot, so 4 eyes should be even better!

I have a list of tobacco bases, or additives, that give tobaccos certain characteristics..might be a good starting point. From what I have read, it's all about the additives. Whether it be to control the PH by use of acids, buffers or what have you and the enhancing and muting acids and notes. Gonna order some of this stuff and rack my brain with them. My ex girlfriends grandparents own James Arthur Vineyards and I wouldn't mind getting a handle on all the wine making crap cause a lot of it correlates to e-liquid. But hell, if a fellow Nebraskan is willing to share some secrets..by all means! Just have to lock em in a safe, learn em and then unleash them to the unsuspecting public!
This is truly brilliant work of yours. And if ANYBODY can make sense out of any of it, I will be more then happy to follow through!
