Maybe you know pitt...when figuring wattage(voltage x voltage divided by ohms), on a dual coil do you use 1.7 or 3.4? (that was obviously based on a 1.7 dualie).

Sorry...I try to keep up but....I don't know...at a time when I'm trying to streamline with diy'ing and whatever I can do to make it less intrusive...I just don't know if I want to get all tied up in that.
Maybe I'm nor seeing the whole picture....someone enlighten me please...but with the fact that I rock at 6 volts.

If you have a brand new wick, you should just be able to de-coil it and then re-coil with an extra loop or two. You would do both when the wick goes kaput and needs replaced. It seems to be an easy process, would imagine its the same as rewicking a stardust or othe CE(fill in the blank). Depending on your target resistance, you will loop your coil X amount of times so you have the peoper length of coil.
