It should still be good to go. I routinely vape juice that is 8 to 12 months old with no issues at all.
As far as how long juice lasts, I'm not sure, but I have heard of some people using juice that is even up to 2 years old, and longer.
Juice is typically vapable for up to 2 years. Even then, it doesn't get old, it just loses potency. Nicotine starts to lose it's strength and flavors start to diminish.
It does depend on the juice. I grabbed a bottle of some house juice from a B&M that was about a year old and it was pure juice. Another bottle from the same shop from around the same time was fine. PG is anti-microbial, so "things" won't grow in it, but the flavors can do terrible things. It most likely won't hurt you to vape old juice, but the taste may make you may wish you hadn't.
Don't freeze it. Keep it in a dark place at room temp. Shelf life depends on the quality like WharfRat said. Some juice wil last 2 years. Some turns to crap after 2 months. It's always a good idea to buy small bottles of a juice the 1st time. Leave a lil bit of it in a drawer somewhere for a couple of months and see how it keeps.
