I've had Nicoticket that was vaped at 10 months old. Some juices are good, some get better, some get worse. You'd just have to try it.
Agreed. Nicoticket just gets better and better with age. I just received 240ml of their Frenilla, which was bottled last March, and it's fantastic!

It does depend on the juice. I grabbed a bottle of some house juice from a B&M that was about a year old and it was pure :censored: juice. Another bottle from the same shop from around the same time was fine. PG is anti-microbial, so "things" won't grow in it, but the flavors can do terrible things. It most likely won't hurt you to vape old juice, but the taste may make you may wish you hadn't.

Don't freeze it. Keep it in a dark place at room temp. Shelf life depends on the quality like WharfRat said. Some juice wil last 2 years. Some turns to crap after 2 months. It's always a good idea to buy small bottles of a juice the 1st time. Leave a lil bit of it in a drawer somewhere for a couple of months and see how it keeps.
