Morning peeps and pets!

Cold, wet and miserable outside – perfect day for binge watching movies or TV series. Zelda is not a lap cat, but she LOVES snuggling under a warm comforter. If I am laying down, couch or bed, and lift up the comforter and say “you want snuggles”, she gets all excited and crawls in.

I have a small, shelf type fake tree packed away. Zelda wasn’t interested it in per say, but she did like to brush up against it, constantly knocking it over. So don’t bother with it anymore. However with Xmas lights….it was full attack. Chewin’, pulling, swatting them. They do not stand a chance!

Luv those names, Frodo and Mithrandir. Post pics pls!

Still Mithrandir's worst enemy just for being there. Frodo is a restless cat, and teases Trandir every single hour of every day

View attachment 857905 I found you lot! I don't post often in the Shiny thread but I do read it almost every day. Love catching up on what everyone is doing.

Here is a photo of my Ivy - normally a long haired German Shepherd - with her summer hair cut. She looks a bit ridiculous (not that I would ever tell her that!) but with our summer heat it is much kinder for her. At 9 years of age she deserves comfort in her twilight years!

Still one the most beautiful dogs I've been privileged to view.

I don't normally post animal pictures. I guess with no vape gear and sans animal pics, I'm kind of a third wheel these days regardless.. lol

I think it could be kinda like the Insomniac thread. (RIP) but with a lot more people. A place for all off topic conversations about anything and everything.

Georgia was due for shots, and Rudy for a 6 months wellness check. He’s doing really well all things considered.

My George is the same way. When he was a kitten his favorite spot was sleeping in the sleeve of my robe. He was quite put out when the weather warmed up and the robe was no longer needed.

That’s a mainstay at our house. Cat is the only one who gets excited for the leftovers. For a 20 lb kitty, she’s oddly uninterested in food.... except chicken. We think that’s what her first humans must have fed her. I made Himself chicken fingers for the game last week, and she actually got up off my bed and came to the den to try and coax a bite or two away.

one of my easy fix dinners is bringing home one of those rotisserie chickens from the grocery store and cutting off one breasts to dice and throw on a salad. My cats and dog circle me, they smell it coming in the door. I cannot eat in peace unless they all get a plate of some chicken breast.
