Shipping back ?

Ordered eVic aio. LOVE it. HOWEVER thing starts leaking like a sieve 4 days after use. No fiddling, no drops, no over filling.... Babied to high heck basically.

Which way am i expected to pay shipping and which way are they expected to pay shipping to deal with faulty hardware?
I've seen it in passing over the last 8 years i can't count how many times
And therefore cannot place the thread or remember the order that it's supposed to go.

Can someone remind me please?

Usually you would pay for return shipping unles your vendor sends a prepaid return label.
You'd have to check with them.

Have you tried anything to fix the leaking?
Is the head tight in the base?
sometimes they come loose when refilling.
Have you tried a new head?

Heads tight on the base (learnt the filling lesson A LOT with my eGo AIOs ) always a visible bubble in the tank (its the aio) coil that was mounted when the trouble started was only 10 ml old. New coil same issue
50 drop fill (21drop mls - so nowhere near the 3.5 compacity) didn't stop leaking into the unit body until the juice level was at notch level to the coil both fills post issue.
