shipping bans

Now I love my joye 510. it rocks. but i see on certain ecig sites that joye dosen't ship to uk, south korea or italy, and most of the uk suppliers sell tecc 510's instead. The shipping (ban?) does not apply to me here in the states (thank god) but it makes me curious. Why?

I read a message from a China distributor that stated it was due to a trade agreement between a companies and Joye. The other company or companies were not mentioned and I have no idea if it is true.

i'd say TECC and Totally Wicked are the exclusive resellers of joye in UK. (rebranded as Titan.)
