Just wanted to give everyone an update who hasn't received their product yet, despite burning the candle from both ends and working til 11pm each night this week, we didn't get
through them all. Close, very close though. Kevins working on
through March 23rd orders for simplicity and Simplcity ELA's. I think he'll have those done and out in about 2 business days. ELA's im about 75%
through this very last batch( I though it was about 60 units, its 74). Each ELA has 14 pieces total, 8 of which need to be polished, so I've polished about 600 of the pieces so far. Almost there, I swear to you. All P+ stratas have shipped. kevins also working on the ELA Stratas and we shipped 75 of them the last 3 days. About 60 more orders to go on those and Kevins printing the labels now on them. We'll be in some this weeked to work too and then be back at it for 12 hour days again on Monday to get the rest out.
I forgot to mention, we've been getting a ton of requests for people who haven't received a confirmation when they place an order or they haven't got shipping notices. They are being kicked back to us as undeliverable. Since they are both different sites, we think it has something to do with our yahoo mail account itself that is used with both. Don't panic yet. Amanda will go through them(the emails) again on Monday any that were returned and send them back out.
