Update 4/16:
-Remaining 18000 series Simplicity Units and Simplicity Strata's have shipped, tracking should update within a day for you.
-Remaining ELA Strata's should be finished up (as in boxed up) by this evening and go out in the morning, so your tracking should update on those too within a day
-Remaining ELA's (74 of them) are all being done in one big batch. Tracking should go tomorrow and god willing, they should ship on Friday, if not, we'll be coming in Saturday to finish them off.
-All Polished finish 26650 Simplicities have shipped.
-Remaining Ribbed Two tone Simplicity 26650's should ship by Saturday.

The shipping department is closed, and shipping will be delayed for approximately 1 week. All orders are limited to the items below, and they will ship within approximately 1 week of the day they are placed.

Shipping Update:
All orders placed thru Friday 4/18 have shipped including all preorders! Yes, you read that right! There are no pending orders here at Super-T!!! If your tracking hasn't updated, it should by Monday.
After working three 80 hour work weeks in a row, I'm going to take some time off this coming week and then we'll be back at it the following week. Willy will still be here next week though doing his machining magic! Once all the dust settled, we inventoried and we do have a few Simplicities and Stratas left and another small batch of 26650 Simplicities. Those won't ship for a week though until we get back, so if you want them, they should be on the site for you.
If you are a regular on here, please feel free to help any fellow ECF members who have questions or concerns about their products as a ton will be receiving them this coming week.
Thank you everyone for all your patience this past year. I know it hasn't been easy but hopefully we can now all sit back and enjoy our mods!

My order is 18752 and was placed March 24.
Can you confirm that this has been shipped as has had a prepaid label created since April 15th with Stamps dot com... and still showing preshipment.

I seriously am debating whether i will order from you folks in the future until you have a quicker turnaround and realistic time forecasts.. no offense. Just a consumer wanting the product promised to be shipped by April 1st (2 weeks after order)

I am not trying to cause any bad communications
But not many companies can fail on their promises like that and stay reputable
I have waited in the past and again now ( once bitten , twice shy ) well this is the third time
I can appreciate the hard work these people are putting forth but if things show available and shipping says in 2 weeks from order that should be the deadline. No exceptions
Hope there is a majority on my opinion
I wouldn't ask anybody to work 80 hours a week not even if I owned the company. Time to up the staff and have a QC program in place to ensure the product stays true to your vision. However that vision will die if people decide not to go there for their needs and wants
I have dealt with numerous modders and what they say to me happens , to the point and that creates brand loyalty

According to the tracking info from stamps.com, the label was generated on April 15th and the package was physically dropped off and scanned in at the Sauk Rapids, MN post office the following day (April 16th), from there, the tracking has not updated. I will contact the post office and see if they can run a trace on it and we'll get you taken care of you right away.
Heres the tracking info from stamps.com and it shows zero movement since it was scanned in on the 16th so I'm going to assume a lost package, fyi, Usps shows no scanning in of the package, whereas stamps.com tracking does, regardless, we'll get you taken care of:

Just an update that we are back and will be answering emails today and should have all orders shipped out from the past week today and tomorrow as well as taking care of any order issues you may have had. It's good to be back!

My experience with stamps.com is that you create the label and they pick up or you drop off. Whether the post person scans it is a different issue causing problems with tracking.
As stated I am not trying to rustle feathers but this bird needs to fly.
I hope you do enjoy your time off as I will enjoy this mod once received

Thanks Gunnerdart, I'm already on it and we'll get you taken care of asap. Usually when I know I've sent a package and the tracking still isn't updating, it's lost in the mail, in which case we'd replace your order.
