Archman, I checked on your order and it was dropped off at the PO yesterday evening around 5-6pm, and they tracking always updates to trackable within one business day so you should see movement on it shortly. I'm reforwarding you the tracking number now.
Good moring HauntedMyst, 16461 is in the batch we are working on now. Heres the latest shipping update which is still valid:
Update:
- Working on Simplicity Units and Simplicity Stratas now through order # 18480 should see tracking numbers within the day and we'll be shipping them over the next couple of days. As an indicator of where we are, we are about 75% through the orders of these with this batch.
- Working on through 16745 (orders through August 15th)_on ELA units and you should get tracking tomorrow on those. The light at the end of the tunnel on these is getting very close, as we only have about 60 left after this batch!
- Assembling ELA Strata's now. ELA strata's and ELA combo stratas (combo orders are ones who ordered a Simplicity or P+ Strata and a ELA Strata) Will start shipping as soon as Friday
No, not at all, almost all the orders in between the numbers are for batteries, tips, stratas, simplicities, etc, not for ELA's. We only have about 60 units left to do after this batch we are working on is done.
All units shipped after on and after 3/12 have had the revised tip so you are good to go!

Still a little confused about which ELAs you have finished & which you are still working on. I sent you an e-mail regarding my order # 16456. I have not recieved tracking yet & a previous post said you'd be sending tracking thru 16745. I had an item on this order you may not still have. If you could please check the status of this order & the e-mail for concerns/solutions about item you may not have, when you can I would appreciate it Thanks,

Good afternoon Duncan, Yes, we are working on the batch now that includes your order and all the items in your order we have. We'll be sending out tracking probably Monday.
I have remained silent for over eight long months and now I see orders through August 15th are being worked on. My order was paid for on Sun Jul 14, 2013 Order Number: 1645x so from what I have observed regarding the amount of time the last "batch" took to complete and ship since this was posted on 02-12-2014, 03:12 AM Next week i'll be working on thru order 16447 (up to July 14th) and those units are just being completed I can surmise a wait of an additional 5 to 6 weeks if I am lucky?
If you are 1645X, then your's should go out today or Monday. Do you know the exact order number and I can for sure confirm?
Update: Made a big dent in thru 18480 on the Simplicity and Simplicity Stratas today. Will be back in Sunday night to finish up the remainder and those will go out Monday. Next batch i'll be working on early next week will be thru order 18554 which puts us about 90% thru the Simplicity and Simplicity Strata orders, (about 17 orders left after those) so we should have them probably all wrapped up by weeks end.
