I received a 2013 stealth a few day's ago. Funny thing is I believe the bottom tube is too short. The stealth cap would not screw all the way down while using a aw 18350 battery....So I measured the new bottom tube it is 41mm... The 2012 bottom tube I have measures 45mm.. The only way I can screw the cap all the way down on the 2013 is to remove the spring..Has anyone else had this problem? In the picture 2013 on the left 2012 on the right.

My new 2013 GGTS Bottom Tube is ~45mm (just got an old folding rule right now here). But the thread from the Fire Button is not straight cutted so its off center but it still has connection. Still i love my new GGTS 
its a machining problem jr, please ask your seller to send you a new one
What exactly you mean buddy? The hole on the engraved tube is not vertical to the tube or the wings looks off center?

I'd have kept it too...you don't need the spring and now you have a stealthier stealth
