Shortest practical Kayfun.

This thread got me thinking about the various Kayfuns and modifications.

Shortest possible mod with Kayfun Lite+

I was wondering how short a kayfun can be modified to with available parts and still be practical.

Excluding threads and drip tip can it be made close to 35mm or smaller, I am guessing that is out of reach?
How short can it be made and still practical?

The Kayfun Monster Mini V3.

You get big airflow with the Monster Mini base, a shortened Kayfun barrel that screws directly to an acrylic flat topped acrylic Bell cap and s short acrylic drip tip for only $5.43, and holds 2.5 mls. I think it is even shorter than the Goblin Mini. Would be great as a stealth vape.

Weight is my pet peeve. Most mods weigh less than the SS tank on top of them. One nudge and THWAACK on the table! But, we love stainless steel and hate aluminum just because most aluminum parts are soft metal that leads to rapid thread wear out.

Here is what I was talking about. Supposed to be a total of 42.5 mm tall. I am sure they included the drip tip and 510 pin. Because I accidentally got a Kayfun Mini Bell cap instead of the normal Bell cap, and it was so short the normal barrel would not let the. Threads on the Kayfun Lite Plus base meet the threads on the Bell cap.

I used what I called a Kayfun Nano and Orchid before I got the Silverplay Nano.

Not counting the 510 threads and drip tip it is only 39.5 mm. Including the 510 and my 18 mm short drip tip the total height of my Kayfun Nano was 57 mm.

As you can see the Kayfun Monster Mini is really shorter.

This is NOT A STANDARD Kayfun. Both the base and the chimney have been shortened.

If you want standard build a Nano like I used.

Standard KFL+ base, standard barrel, Nano chimney and standard Bell cap. If memory serves it holds 2/8-2.9 ml.

I'm not sure how easy/difficult it might be to track down an authentic kfl these days, but its possible. You could get the nano kit for it, and even a shorter drip tip. There are so many tiny drip tips these days. I don't know if a bell cap would make it even shorter or not?

My Kayfun Nano had standard barrel and Bell cap. Not counting the 510 pin and drip tip it was 39.5 mm tall

In the other thread someone did one shorter than a Nano. I think it was an SOV cap or something like that.

Never heard of a SOV cap but the Kayfun Monster Mini is the shortest I ever heard of.

Remember. I said with the standard chimney the threads were not close enough to touch the threads on the Bell cap.

Fuschia, green, smber, clear, and maybe other colors.

With flat top bellcap My wifes Kayfun is 30mm tall.

That is 9 1/2 mm shorter than my Nano. I guessed 1/3 of an inch shorter than my Nano.
