Shorty Batts

I received in my last order a freebie that I think I might luv - a shorty batt, and it is a lavender color and , and , and wow! Only problem, it never worked. I watched the video on how to correct it, tried it and it still won't charge - it has never done anything - but hey, it was a freebie that I at least got a look at - enough to say yes, I WANT one of those. My question is, do they charge differently than the others, or could I be doing something wrong? When I got it I immediately put a carto on it and nothing - so I put it on to charge and notta, nothing......I did the pin trick - nothing........so, I've been waiting on Parliment to show up and 555 and I'm ready to order, can't wait!..... but thought I'd ask about this batt first.

That was probably one of the old shorties, some of which had issues.

The new shorties have the same V4L logo we all know so well. They also produce TREMENDOUS vapor & charge just like all the other batts.

Did you try putting it on a usb charger??? I have the same problem when I charge it on the regular charger, but it seems to work fine on the USB one.

And the orange LED should stay on... Otherwise its not charging.

I have not, BohNer, but thanks, I will surely try that, as I've tried all else I know to do and I really do want it to work - I like that one! I did place an order today and have ordered one of the new ones, so we will see. .........and the waiting begins for Santa Postman to deliver my goodies! I have decided being new, until I get really comfortable with all of this I won't do a lot of refilling. Not only did I make a mess, I over filled some, screwed two of them totally up, wound up without charged batteries and nothing to vape, so I smoked away......anyway, I will practice along and eventually get the hang of it - meantime I will order my carts and enjoy! Just seemed like last week I was constantly either looking for batts I had misplaced, charging and waiting, refilling......something all the time..... and I know I will get there - I need to just do it on my own time

Don't forget to use Taryn's refilling trick! IT's stickied at the top of this forum. That should help a bit with the refilling.
I have 4 of of the old shory's and haven't had any issues with them at all. It must have been luck of the draw. Yes you are right, theold pink shorty's are lavender/orchid rather then a true pink..but they look great with the white chocolate strawberry cartomizers!

I read that thread on refilling........good advice........and FUNNY posts there! That was a hoot! ....and yes, I whopped myself in the arm too about the second cart I tried!
