Should the FDA make e-cigs Legal for addicted Minors and Adults in all States?

  • No, Minors should never be allowed to vape.

  • No, States should have the right to make their own laws.

  • Yes, e-cigs are a health related issue and using them should be a right.

  • Yes all addicts should be allowed to vape, but no the FDA should not be involved.

I think people's hearts would be in the right place offering teens that smoked ecigs. But I think they should only be sold to people of age. Besides, if a teen really wants one, they are going to get it anyways.If a state ran off and made them legal for teens under 18, then I guess that would be their decision, but I would have to disagree.

Doesn't making them illegal for minors specifically help to create the whole "Forbidden Fruit" problem?

Perhaps. But configuring each and every law on the books around a reverse psychology strategy is a tad absurd, wouldn't you say? Somebody has to be the adults.

Yes, in a way. I see your point there. But I will go with keeping nicotine products out of kids hands anyway possible. You and I both know it's a crutch that's hard to get rid of. I had no problems getting cigs as a kid, as most probably don't. I don't have a problem with 18year olds drinking, even though it's dangerous, but not as dangerous as getting shot at in a war. But tobacco just seems different to me. I hate it. So my opinion is pretty biased lol.
