Is it really as awesome as you make it sound? I bet that Guinness isn't as cold as you can find in a bar on tap. Do you have to actually open a can/bottle every time you want a drink? So much work, it must be!

Yes it is. I look at it as exercise. No it isn't as cold as a tap at a bar. It is the perfect air temperature.

Honestly I think that many of the folks who insist that dripping is the only way to vape must not have very active lifestyles. Lots of doofing around all day long with a mod in one hand and a bottle of juice in the other.

I didn`t see anyone say that dripping is the only way to vape. I don`t vape when I`m active. I leave the doofing around to my dog. It can be quite amusing to watch ;)

I thought the tootle puffers were sorta geeky with their tiny little powerless puffer things, but reading this thread I'd say now that the dedicated drippers win the crown.

Nope, the flavor chasers are the geeky ones. If you spent more time reading ECF you would know that :)

I don't see a huge difference if any in taste. I drip and use sub ohm tanks and it's For the most part the same. Honestly my sub ohm tanks give a better vape most of the time.

Whatever works for you is the right way for you :thumb:

The interesting thing is we used to consider 1.5 ohms LR :)
Yup and the websites would have warnings about how low resistance can kill your battery, and make sure your battery can handle it and be sure this is the one you want to buy, lol

Some people like a top-down sportscar, some like to ride in an air conditioned Camry.

I got a Tugboat about 6 weeks ago then an Achilles and recently a Derringer, all clones. My tanks have been unused ever since. My coils are gunked up noticably after a full day of vaping 6-7 ml. Dry burn and rewick takes literally 5 minutes. New coil? Add 5 more minutes. Freshly rebuilt, I've put 70 drops in the Achilles, that's 3.5 ml. (Then it can lay on it's side and not leak because there are no holes in the barrel. But it's single coil and air supply is intended for mouth to lung.) The RTA on my Sub Mini tastes fine but it takes me 3 times a long to rebuild as the drippers.

I notice two reasons drippers seem to give me better flavor. It appears the wick can be more saturated and a fresh wick and coil taste better. Nobody replaces $3-5 coil heads daily.

My setup is 28 guage kanthal, single coil, 1-2 ohms, 16-20 watts, 50-50 juice. Nothing fancy.

So one gets fantastic gas mileage and one has lasted for years and still runs like a champ? The other costs an arm and a leg to use daily? Cute, but barely apropos. And if we were really being honest, subohm clearomizers are mostly ugly ducklings, far from anything to ooh and ah over (particularly with looks).

Now that's pretty Funny!!!!
Its all about what you like, what makes you happy, what works for you.
No bodys wrong here.
To me, its a hobby building coils and wicking my kangertech RBA as o late.
As for taste , my blends of hangsen, T2, Totally Wicked etc... I've put together the best tasting Coffee 5mg e juice ever to found.
And this is what works for me.
And IMO ,, when I use a dripper, it taste the same as the Kangertech RBA / 8ohm - dual -28ga 10 wrap coils with organic ball (or) Japanese cotton.
