I have serious Caravela envy. These are just SO gorgeous! Might have to consider selling a kidney...

Wonder - if you order one in all brushed finish - its 131 euros - 168.00 dollars plus shipping for any tube size you want. extra tubes for 25 euros each if wanted when you order.

If you are interested, he is only making 999 and no more.

THANK you for your considerate response Dspin!

I have to say this about Pedro and these Caravela's. In a past life, I was a CNC programmer and model maker, which is kind of a cross between machinist and artist. Twas years ago. Well, I still own a CNC programming company but I haven't done the work myself in a long.. anyway..

For a hand made product like this, with the quality and materials that Pedro is putting into these, from a first world country, he must surely love doing it. Because he certainly isn't getting rich off of it. One of these for the price, and their limited quantity, it is under appreciated which is FINE by me, I don't want to wait YEARS for mine to get made. But this is the kind of thing you'll look back on years from now and say.. Dayum. I wish I had bought more. Nobody is going to come along and make a knockoff of these, this isn't the kind of work that knockoff countries do. This is art, at department store pricing. Wait.... Shhhhhhh...!

Oh absolutely! Please don't get me wrong, it's not that I think they're too expensive... They are an incredible price and just beyond beautiful. And I hand-bind books, so I have a true appreciation for the few things that are still handmade in this world. My problem is I've only been vaping for six weeks and the "figuring out what works for me" process has been expensive :D I unfortunately have very little disposable income right now. I'm going to see what I can do, because I'd really hate to miss out on owning one of these works of art.

This what you do, put youself on the list, in a few months when your no. comes up,.if you are short, ask pedro to move you to bottom of list or trade spots with someone. Thats how I ended up with #58

That there is some really sound advice. Wish I had done it 48 days ago when I first saw one, I'd be halfway through my wait..

So I have 367 coming in a few months... Got two tone, brushed finish... i decided I am going to reserve 721 and do the reverse, all polished and reverse the color scheme.. I am having the toughest time deciding if I want my first Caravela in Polished instead though... What does everyone prefer? The pictures of the brushed are all varied.. Some look very brushed and a very low grit and others look only slightly brushed... From anyone who has both, any real preference? I only use two DID's, one brushed and one polished and they both look decent on my satin p+ and my Provari...
I may ask Pedro two switch to Polished for my first and get the second in brushed...

Sorry I know I am not (yet) showing off my caravela but this seemed like a good place...

If you want to polish alot and have every mark show - then get the polished brass. If not get the shiny SS or brushed anything else

Thanks, that does help. I guess it does make sense that polished brass would be touchier than polished SS. Ill stick with the brushed for now and will reserve my second for polished SS tube with other smaller parts polished brass... Just love the look of everyone's polished brass. I will likely be carrying it around a bit and have scratched up shiny mods in the past from dropping them though I have gotten better..

Hi all, I was wondering on the 18490/18500 batteries for my unmade Caravela. Well, all 3 tubes in fact

Anyone know whether the AW IMR 18490's will fit as I have a couple of those. Or will I need to get the AW IMR 18500's? I plan on placing a battery order since I need some 18650's and figured may as well get what I need in one order. And it is the AW IMR 18350 also right? Or do I need other types? Like flat tops?

Thanks for the help!

Well I ordered mine in all shiny brass, every part. Better get some Cape Cod polishing cloths or I may just leave it au naturale may be cool as well.
