Thank you very much. This is my first mod that functions like a mech so I'm utilizing ohms law now much more. It's the perfect mod to do that with because it has the safety features.

That’s what I like about the Luna, unregulated protected.

Having a slight issue with an SL Class stabwood, I just can't get it to an even shine all over. After micro mesh it's shiny all over, after polishing it's a bit patchy and sort of satin finish in places.

Am I correct in thinking that there may be an issue with the resin used to stabilize?

Looks perfect!! How is the . blank?

I got my blank the other day, haven’t built it yet. I’m going to do that tomorrow. I’ll let ya know what I think, but I’m guessing it’s going to be similar to the bunker, which is a great rda. Very similar design and size, just no windows where I can see my nasty coil.

I love this RDA. It's a single coil and very easy to build on. It has top airflow, the channels going from bottom up so it's impossible to over squonk. It has a locking system that adjusts the top airflow and the RDA also locks into place when fully on. As far as drip tips any 810 fits because they changed it with the version 1.5, it doesn't have the o'ring on the drip tip like the older version. The flavor on it is amazing too and I was thinking of getting this RDA for another squonker I have.

My 1 of 1 Luna with an Atmizoo Creek RDA and both the MTL kit and Ultem kit.
The Creek also has a top cap locking design. It can only be removed by lining up the large AF hole.
I really like the Luna a lot and will be getting a second one soon. Like 4th of July sales soon.

They are both outstanding pieces. Too much for me but I do like window shopping. What mods are those? Sorry if I missed that info as I am trying to get caught up here too. :)

Hi Show me

They're mods made by a fantastic modder here in France. They are called the
Tiny Fet v2 VS Indra Fet
Stay tuned

This is the sort of stabwood I go for. You can't beat the look of the real wood for class and beauty.

Let me know if you save up enough and I'll put you in touch with the maker... I like window shopping too

I think you may have something there. The asmodus/and others wood often looks like the pressure used to impregnate the wood with resin was insufficient or that its not stabilised at all and just dyed.....

Here's an example of a stabilised block before use...

Maybe it's just the wood they are using which causes the issue with the grain being to open. For sure its the case that the best polishing woods are very hard woods like cherry/olive etc and these are traditionally very tight grained and also the heart wood is always favoured for the same reason :)

Hope that helps.

Awwww that’s cool but I enjoy the hand polishing a stabwood mod. It’s calming like petting an animal lol!!

@Fidola13 I have a few I could send you for polishing... I would like to keep you happy... just a pity you are in Boston and I'm in South Africa!

Creek is on my wish list. I have 4 Lunas and love them. So easy, great in the hand. Not to mention beautiful and so affordable.
