I haven’t bought much stabwood lately so I had to make up for that and bought several stabwood mods lately.

Here are a couple-

This is the Ultroner Victory

Im really excited about this DPM Casper DNA 75C Squonker. Fits my hand perfectly!! Love the soft colors as well. Many of my stabwood mods have bold colors so softer is nice too. The finish is beautifully smooth….

Stabwood Mods has some great entry level and advanced type stabwood mods on Sale. This doesn’t happen often. As a matter of fact I don’t think I’ve ever seen them have sales. So go grab one or two lol!!!

They're awfully pretty, Sara. But I'm curious: what makes a mod entry level or advanced?

price lol! I guess I was saying that you don’t need to be loaded with money to get into the hobby of collecting stabwood mods.

I know that when I 1st got into the prices were intimidating. Then I found some nice stabwoods that were affordable that just about anyone could afford especially the Asmodus line and even the YIHI SL Class all had a wide range of mods starting at lower prices.

Does that make sense or am I confusing this all up. I know what I mean to say but as usual I’m having trouble getting there from my brain to fingertip lol!

should I reword it?

Not my kind of color, but that is stunning, love the grey at the top and bottom, congrats :)

Think the VA make some awesome looking stabwoods, maybe one day I can manage to get one :)

Thanks! the color is very different from what I normally go for. Most of my stabwoods are bold or bright colored. This has a softness almost feminine look to it. If you scroll back a bit on this thread you’ll see some of my other stabbys and see what I mean. I love to get out of my comfort zone occasionally and on this occasion I’m so happy I did!

I’ve been having a tough time trying to find the perfect RTA to top the raspberry swirl Marquis.

The lines and curves of the mod would look best with a simple but polished SS RTA.

So far the best I could come up with with the gear I already have is a Juggernaut Mini clone.

Still keeping my eye out though. Suggestion s are appreciated although trying to find hardware is getting difficult. Everyone is Out of Stock or only have MTLs and pods available.
It’s like the desert for DL RTAs.

The Juggy Mini looks great on your new Marquis if you ask me:thumb:
You just need a different drip tip on there though;)

Ugh I’m always forgetting about the drip tip. I don’t know why since I have plenty.

I went thru a drip tip phase and bought bags of them from Fasttech. I couldn’t get use to them though. I figured that the designers must have had a reason to use whatever drip tips it came with.

But actually want to try and match colors of drip tips to my mods.

And yes the ultem drip tip looks gross on such a beautiful piece of artwork. So I’ll need to see if I have any of these might match. The colors maybe hard to match.

I almost always use 810 dt’s. since I normally only like them wide & short - closer to the coil trying to get that RDA super flavor and cloud from an RTA! If that makes sense to you.

I may need to find some more soon before we can’t get any in the future.

Is this a “goon” style drip tip? I get confused by the different measurements so I’m trying to narrow down the specifics for a search.

Any suggestions from you I’d love to see!!

Can you just use a heatsink on the Marquis, so that your bottom airflow RTAs won't have the airflow blocked by the sunken 510?

Of course we were just talking about them last week and of course I forgot :( !! I have almost a dozen that I bought 2 years ago. I just need to find them in my stash.

It’ll be interesting to see how it will look.

I ended up putting the Blotto single coil back on the Marquis. I just wasn’t “feeling” it with the juggernaut mini. The bottom air flow isn’t completely blocked because I can fit a 25 mm on it so there’s probably abt a mm of space in front of one of the air flow holes. The other one is completely open. And it doesn’t feel like there’s any reduction with it.

But that gives me more options too. I was just looking at 24mm attys.

    thanks :)

What do you think of your YiHi SXmini SL class mods Sara? Obviously you don't mind them too much since you've got 4 of them:w00t:
And I did mean to ask why did you circle those mods in that pic you posted at the top of the page? Are they the ones you're selling? I'll Take The Knight At Half Price:lol::lol:

It just dawned on me that I bought those heatsinks because the Asmodus Thor I has a partially recessed 510 on the backside just like the Marquis have.

It can kind of be seen in these photos of the Thor I. The Marquis is much deeper on the back side.

I’m not sure which picture you’re referring to maybe copy and repost. I don’t recall circling any specific mods but that doesn’t mean anything- I’ve got memory issues.

And you’re right - I’ve got 4 Yihi SL Class stabwood mods and I absolutely love them.

The quality is great and the Yihi Chip in it is one of the best and compares with the DNA chip imo. The temp control is fantastic.

If you buy one and haven’t used a Yihi chip before then make sure you watch a few review YouTube videos to get the best performance out of it.

It’s not quite as intuitive as the DNA chip but is definitely worth getting.

They are on sale at stabwood mods UK at around $100 which is $70 less than what I paid for mine when the they 1st came out. They have a pretty large inventory but once they’re sold that’s it. You won’t be able to buy brand new ones since they’ve been discontinued. I still check out their inventory because I’d buy another one in a heartbeat if it was a color combination that I didn’t already have.

My advice is to DEFINITELY purchase one and if you can afford it then buy two!!

post a photo of the one you’re looking at just so we can drool over more beautiful stabwood !! Lol!!

@Fidola13, beautiful marquis, very nice indeed. I have no luck with stabwood mods because of my sleep vaping..My Thor ll just kicked the bucket because of a battery short on the top cap. Over $200 dollars down the drain. Had it for a little over a year. Might just rip it apart and see whats inside...smh
