im looking for a tank or clearomizer for my 808 that is filled by simply dripping the drops in without any syringe or long waiting and mess like standard cartos, im not really concerned with how much liquid they can hold because the goal is a super easy fill so i shouldnt mind if i have to refill it often. from what ive seen so far the smokless image nano and cigeasys elite 808 tanks are exactly what im looking for. before i make a purchase i wanted to know has anyone tried both that can give some input as to which is better? does anyone know of any other companies products that will suit my needs? any input is welcome, Thanks :)

I have used both. The Nanos are OK. They are easy to fill. They do have their
quirks, and not all of them work well. Problems you may have include leaks and
dry hits with a burned taste. Read the SI thread about them for some tips on
how to fix that. I do like them, but they could be better, especially for the price.
I don't think they are worth more than $1 a piece.

The others, CigEasy Elite, I like quite a bit. They are easy to fill, and I don't recall
having a problem with one, yet. They are about as handy as they can get. They
are perfect on a regular cig-sized ecig, but if you use a bigger batt, they look
great with a cone. I will probably buy some more of these as mine wear out, but
I won't buy more Nanos until, if, they fix the issues. Don't get me wrong, they
are not horrible - just that I would go with the others you mentioned.

I know you ask about people who have used both, and I have not, but I have been so impressed with the Nano, I just had to say something.
The Nano is the best made/highest quality carto/tank I have seen and used to date. Bought 5 of them from Altsmoke at Vaporcon 2012 recently and been using one since. They perform great for me and are the same diameter as the KR808 battery. For the bottom coil Nano, you may have to occasionally take a dry puff to feed the coil, depending on the viscosity of your juice. You see no wicks on the Nano. I have had absolutely no leaking problems.
Cig Easy says the Elite tanks are a little larger in diameter than a regular 808 battery.

I just put a Clear & Easy 2.0 tank on a regular 808 batt to see the difference. Yup. Slightly larger but flush on an Elite 808. I literally haven't used any of my reg 808s in months. The Elite 808 does the trick. Along with The Boge Leo, The Go-Go, and the Turbo EZ. My pocket gets kind of crowded at times.

Each ec-g has a different flavor in the carto or tank. Just depends on what I want to sample at the moment. Why do I rotate among 3 or 4 flavors?

Because I Can.

I think SI mentioned on their site that the nanos have been updated- I didn't try them before, but I can tell you that they are awesome now. I love the fact that they are super easy and that you don't see the wicks, which are super ugly IMO. Especially after a week of vaping an RY4 or 555, when the wicks and rubber inside a regular clearo start to get yellow. Gross. I haven't had any problems with the nanos, and if you buy 10 at once, they only cost $2 each.

well i went ahead and ordered ten nanos to test them out and so far im extremely dissapointed, i tried 2 with my peanut butter cookie juice from the vapor room and they made it taste like melted plastic both were totally gross and one started leaking out of the battery end like 30min after i filled it so i had to toss it out, day 1 they sucked so bad i just stuck to using ce3s. my 1st bottle of bobas bounty came the next day so i gave it a shot in the nano and it wasnt to bad no more melted plastic taste, but then i put some bobas in a fresh ce3 and it was way way better, the nanos have a super tight draw which i dont enjoy at all and they completly mute the flavor on the draw and inhale so i wont be using them for bobas bounty either. im just gonna toss them cause it isnt worth the 2 minutes u save in filling/refilling for the muted flavor and altered taste compared to a ce3. i saw some clearos on Nhaler that looked exactly like nanos im curios if any1 has tried those and let me know if there the same or different. i dont think ill bother trying the clearos from cigeasy cause they are top coil and ive heard pretty crappy things about top coil cartos/clearos so far.

Sorry, hit the wrong button, as I was saying the Elite 2.0 Tanks are awsome. They are the best cartomiser, clearo, tank what ever you want to call it, that I have ever used, hands down. They are great from the first fill to the last. I have never had any leaking, no dry hits and no nasty burnt taste. They are the only thing I have purchased over the last 2 years that is truely a fill and vape experience. The flavor on these are great and I have nothing negative to say about them and the only thing I wish was available with them was a whistle tip.

I have not used a nano due to fear of leaking. I like the CE3's but I know you don't want to mess with a syringe. Have you considered an SI x2 clearo? It is fat, holds 1.6ml but works well. I have 3 I rotate flavors, and haven't had any leak on me yet. The flavor is not quite as good as a CE3, but better than a carto. Also, SI is supposed to have T3's soon, so if you don't mind big, they are supposed to be great.

The Nanos are great, but you have to treat them with kid gloves. Try to not put it in your pocket and things like that. Or drop it. Just keep in mind they aren't meant for long term use. I get about 10 days out of one and that's pushing it. YMMV of course.

thats about 9 days longer then i got with my si nanos,i bought five and i think they are crap.

I've been using them for months and have no complaints at all.

I've put mine through their paces and couldn't be happier. In fact when I finally decide to go to bigger batteries it'll be to echo so I can continue using these in case the included ones in the I turbo kit are problematic.

Also after using two of mine another friend has ordered some for herself.

I only vape iced menthol and iced menthol/cinnamon, so I don't notice a difference in flavor no matter what delivery system I use.

My issues with clearos are many. They're not very sturdy, they leak out the drip tip, they spit juice at you, ect. I liked the M3 on my old M3 battery, it was the first upgrade I had. But they have their issues, as does every other clearo I tried.

The Echo cartomizers just rock. They hold 3.4 ml of juice. They're sturdy and last quite a while, and they can somewhat easily be completely disassembled, cleaned and re-built. The air tube is easily twice the size of a standard bottom coil Kanger. I find the throat hit and vapor production on par with a 901 atomizer and none of the mess.

They're definitely worth giving a try. If you're going to grab the I-Turbo kit from Mountain vapor anyway, an extra $5.50 will let you try out both a standard and dual coil cartomizer.

Sorry for getting off-topic here. There is a rather large Echo thread over in the eGo forum, if you haven't stopped by there yet.

Yeah, Ive been all over that echo thread. Tons of great info there. I'll definitely give them a shot. It would be nice to have a high volume pocket friendly option. I currently put my 808/m3 combo in a little tube with a cap so I don't pop the top off and get juice in my pocket.

Back on topic somewhat, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/kr808d-1/270854-clearomizer-round-up-808s.html had a few really bad reviews of the nano which is why I didn't try it first.

I don't know if the Clear and Easy's have been changed but when I ordered them last in March they were just wretched. Made me want to kick puppies. You had to handle them like you were transferring plutonium in the movie the Manhattan Project and they were leaking like a paper cup with a quarter inch hole drilled in it within a day, some of them right out the gate. Awful, just a complete ripoff. Maybe I got a bad couple packs of them, cause I ordered a pack and then another when I put my friend onto Cig Easy, but both evoked an emotion of absolute infuriation like when your favorite team loses and you want to launch your remote across the room and drink yourself into a blind rage. No seriously though, all kidding aside, yeah I hated those things. The actual Elite 808 is great though, still love it.
