sick of ego burning out

Ive been an avid user of the ego-t since i got it 4 months ago, the constant replacing of the atomizers left me no choice but to switch to the protank, yesterday i missed the ego plastic tanks, i prefer them mostly due to most flavours coming through better, so i ordered a ego-C atomizer body with 5 atomizers which cost me a lot. I recieved them today and the primer was still on there so i filled my tank and blew into it to fill the atomizer with the liquid. I think i got 4 hits before the atomizer started giving me the burnt taste.... im so sick of spending money on this stuff!!!!!!!!

For a while, ego-t was 'the' starter kit, until folks realized that having to replace the whole atty made them comparatevely expensive to run. ego-c was the next step and they go 'sour' on you fast if you don't vape 'em very gently. Well, they done their jon on getting me started on vaping - when I used up whatever spare attys I got... moving on... vaping on

The eGo-t was prone to burning. The eGo-c less so but it can be helped by using only eGo-c (or t) regulated batts where the voltage is at 3.2-3.4 and using standard resistance atty heads. LR attys are sure to burn, in my experience. The other factor is the flavor of the eliquid. Lighter flavors - fruit, candy types, etc. tend to burn easily with more wattage whereas tobacco and coffee tend to hold up over more wattage. Even then, power vaping/pacifier mode with the eGo-c as Steamix points out (vape gently) can still cause problems.

The Kanger T3S clearo is less costly than the protank and a 2.2 coil (which is replaceable and cheaper than the eGo-c heads) might be a good - one last stand before giving up vaping.
