Side effect of Vape or no cigs?

this may be a little gross so I apologize in advance.

I have only been vaping for 2 weeks and have been analog free for exactly one week. Once or twice a day I have a mad coughing fit and it won't quit until I hock up a globe of lung butter.

It doesn't happen when I'm vaping, usually when I have been on the phone with a client for a while...lol

So.....

You'll be fine. We all go through it to some degree.

Expect it to last atleast 2 weeks. It sucks but you will start to feel much better.

Hit me hard man, was even a few days it hurt but I was a pretty heavy chain smoker. When it passes its amazing how much better your breathing gets

Yeah it goes away eventually. Getting all that tobacco gunk out is gross but feels great when it is out.

A lot of people do, sometimes it comes in hot. The more air you pull in the less you will get of the cough

a good side effect.......

When I'm vaping a lot I get cottonmouth and only water will fix it. I am normally a 4 to 5 cans of soda a day guy. I have lost my taste for soda almost completely and am drinking water almost exclusively

Same happened with me. I now drink a ton of water and a lot of Vitimin Water....no carbonated things. It will pass, hang in there!
