sidesho compatible with 510?

I have a magma kit and am thinking about trying a new vendor fo different batteries. Would sidesho batteries work? Are they the same size, and can I charge them with a 510 charger? Thank you for your time!

Sorry, Kyro, I'm not 100% sure. If I was a betting man (which I am actually), then I'd say yes, but the sideshow battery will be skinnier and longer. The 902 would probably be a better fit. Feel free to contact MV directly before ordering if you don't get an exact answer here though. If you do pick up one of those batteries, at least pick up one atty or carto to go with it. I say this because it seems to me that everyone who has tried a Sidesho or 902, prefers it over the 510. MV's products and customer service are awesome. Search around like I did. Good luck.

I don't blame you coming here for batteries; I've had the worst luck of any company with DoA batteries from where you're coming from. But, I don't knock anyone too hard due to ever-changing suppliers or companies that make efforts to improve constantly.

technically-yes, they are compatible. The polarity is reversed, however, so charging it on a 510 charger will result in fire. don't do it-I still have a scar on my hand from doing the same thing on accident....
