Maybe i missed it in this thread, but is there a protective peel-off strip over the screen? My screen looks pretty rough, and appears to have one, but i don't want to booger it up any more than it already is.

Yes there should be a protective piece on the screen.

I've been on the fence about which big power box to buy and this certainly helps Sigelei's case. The screws on my IPV2 are ridiculous. I don't want to nuke the warranty by installing magnets - same would apply for the IPV3. Even if the onboard charging of the IPV3 wasn't up in the air, i still prefer to swap batteries. So, it's now probably down to the improved Sig 100 and the Cloupor T6 (pending more user reviews).

I don't own a Sig 100 but I do have the ipv3 and the screws are a bit lame but I am changing them every other day rather than everyday like with my previous box, so all in all a minor issue. I would prefer magnets though. My concern with magnets are that I have the habit of slipping the mod into my back pocket and would hate to screw my credit cards up. I am sure I could remember it though.

Aw man, that's not cool. I literally got the Sigelei yesterday after waiting 2.5 weeks. And now theres ANOTHER one? Jesus.

I really think they need to sell the cover without the screwholes, or maybe as a gesture of goodwill since they are pumping out revisions like crazy, offer the covers to those people who have just gotten the v2 and now there's something new. :(
