the chinese do some really dumb stuff for being so smart. why not spend a small amount of money on someone who can speak good english. tell them what needs to be said or teach them about the device so they can talk about it in front of a camera for a few minutes

You should see a box on the right side of the linked page with two names, Sally and Henry(I think). Click on Sally's name and you can chat and ask her questions. I spoke with her last night and she said she could supply 1 unit with immediate dispatch. Her English is quite good too!!!. She told me, $77(+$4.50 paypal fee??) for the unit and $30 shipping to Ireland in 3-5 days. I assume the postage should be around the same to the US, maybe cheaper.
