sigelei 30w battery question

I run all my gear with the Samsung 25R, they performed well in the 30a continuous test. Never even had one get warm when chain vaping on a mech at 0.3ohm.
Great batteries.

Take a look at message #84 on the sigelei 30W owners thread in the APV forum. It describes the same thing happening with a possible explanation.

There is a possibility that could be a problem. However I would not glue it as it's part of the ground contact . Best way is to use a punch to lock it together and tighten the connection between the two parts. Like I did with this zmax v3.



One of the bigger issues we see with the zmax is that the - ground connections are very sensitive an affect performance. Anywhere you feel heat building is a poor ground which is resistance in the - path through the body connections..

Something to watch for.
